Gösta was also a well-known figure in the 1980s on the Swedish island of Marstrand, in the Gothenburg archipelago, where he lived with his wife Inge and his children Jalle and Dan.
He was often seen with his dog Dino, an Italian Spinone, who always rode at the front of Gösta’s moped or in the bow of his open Marstandssnipa boat. Gösta is remembered as warm, caring, and incredibly driven — a man who built Boman Trading single-handedly and established the foundation for a legacy that continues to this day.
